APA’s Fellowship, Leadership, Education, Accreditation Academy (FLEAT), Formerly know as APA’s Academic General Pediatrics Accreditation Committee, is responsible for (1) accrediting academic general pediatric (AGP) and pediatric hospital medicine (PHM) fellowship programs in the United States, (2) hosting an annual Fellows Meeting prior to the PAS Meeting and (3) coordinating an annual Fall match for AGP fellowships.
