4. Alternative to plastic bottles with all-natural ingredients
VeganBottle is a new alternative to environmentally-unfriendly one-use plastic bottles – made from plant-based, fully biodegradable, and recyclable bioplastic. VeganBottle from Lyspackaging is a French packaging firm that makes biodegradable bottles out of sugarcane.
3. Waitrose Delivery vans run on food waste
Waitrose’s new fleet of delivery trucks will run on fuel made from food scraps. While fuel made from waste is cheaper than diesel, it costs about 35-40% more than diesel. However, trucks that use it will be 50% more costly than regular diesel trucks.

AirCarbon is a plastic called this. It captures greenhouse gases and turns them into small plastic pellets that can then be molded into almost any shape. The product reduces carbon emissions by sequestering any emissions that might otherwise be released into the atmosphere.
